Vehicle Spray Painter

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Spray Painter to join our team in Pinkenba. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing high-quality coatings on industrial and defense-related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Surface preparation, masking, and application of paints and coatings
• Mixing and applying a variety of protective finishes
• Ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards
• Maintaining painting equipment and workspaces
• Working collaboratively with the workshop team to meet project deadlines

Qualifications & Experience:

Required:

• Cert III in Automotive Refinishing or equivalent

• Spray painting experience (auto/industrial/defense ideal)

• Strong attention to detail & safety focus
